The business
Sandhurst Fine Foods supplies premium Italian and Mediterranean food products to foodservice, retail and wholesale customers across Australia. Suppling perishable and specialty lines of food products that have to leave the warehouse the same day as ordered, the delivery window is fixed and the order volume has grown year on year. Sandhurst runs its operations on Oracle NetSuite. However, customer orders arrive in different formats, and each one needs to be translated into an accurate Sales Order before the fulfilment process can continue.
The challenge
Sandhurst's customers order the way that suits them. Some send a PDF, some attach a spreadsheet, some type the order straight into an email. Customer Service team members had to monitor multiple mailboxes, open each order, identify the products and quantities, match them to NetSuite records customer records with Delivery address and distribution centre (DC) then enter the details manually.
At about 20 minutes an order, the morning filled quickly. Perishable stock on a fixed dispatch window left no slack, so a slow queue put OTIF metrics at risk (On-time In Full). The CS team starts the day as early as 7 am adding pressure and during holiday seasonal peaks the inflow grew faster than the desk could clear it, and the time spent keying was time taken away from servicing the customers and warehouse operations itself.

What Sandhurst changed
Sandhurst onboarded YosiFlow at its the flagship operational site in Sydney, NSW for multiple Order channel across its Food Service, Independent Retail and Exports order mailboxes. YosiFlow deployed YosiOrder is a governed AI agent for the first mile of NetSuite order entry, the step where an order arrives as a document and has to become a clean Sales Order.
It reads each order by intent rather than scanning against a fixed template, so it handles any layout a customer sends and a new format does not need new setup. It holds a live copy of Sandhurst's customer and item records from NetSuite, so it matches every line as the order is read. A traffic-light check surfaces anything ambiguous for a quick human decision, and Smart Match Memory records that decision, so a customer's shorthand or a one-off item exception is applied on its own next time. Duplicate detection flags a repeat purchase order before it can become a second order. The team approves, and YosiOrder writes the Sales Order into NetSuite with the original file attached.
The difference from older optical-character-reading tools is the point. Template-based OCR breaks the moment a customer shifts a layout, which is why it rarely holds up against a long tail of email orders. YosiOrder reads the order the way a person would, so the variety that used to slow the desk down is now the thing it handles best.
Why Sandhurst chose YosiOrder
Reads any format from any mailbox, so customers keep ordering the way they always have
Matches against live NetSuite data, so the order is correct before it is created
Learns each exception once, so manual checks fall away over time
Keeps a person at the approval gate, so control stays with the team
Running on real orders in ___(eg: weeks), with a record of every transaction for audit

Processing an order dropped from about twenty minutes to roughly one. That gives the desk back about ___(eg: X) hours a day, which goes into ___(eg: customer calls, stock checks and dispatch coordination) rather than data entry. Same-day dispatch holds through ___(eg: seasonal) peaks, and on-time delivery has ___(eg: held steady / improved to __%) while the order book grows. The team now handles ___(eg: more) order lines a day without the morning backing up.
The change the team notices most is where the hours go. The order desk spends its day on customers again.

Where YosiOrder stops
YosiOrder creates the validated Sales Order inside NetSuite. Stock allocation, pricing and credit checks stay in NetSuite, so the ERP remains the single source of truth and every order carries a timestamped record. Sandhurst kept its process. It removed the typing.
See it on your own orders
The fastest way to understand YosiOrder is to watch it read a week of your real NetSuite orders. Send the formats your customers actually use, and see what comes out the other side.
